- Well connected to Walthamstow, Leyton and other East via Stratford bus and train links.
- North and South depends where, but usually not more than 1h/1h30.

- Bow Road ~ 5 mins walk (Hammersmith & City & District line - surprisingly decent) and Bow Church (DLR) ~ 5 mins walk
- Stratford (Central Line) ~ 15 minutes

✅ Mid to long term fit lodger - I’m looking for 6 months + ideally - the last lodger stayed 1y 6 months. If circumstances change, or we find it isn’t a fit, that’s okay - let me know so I can plan!
❌ No couples, I’m sorry - it’s a little tight for 3 adults to share full-time. Visits not off the cards, though.
