Someone respectful, honest, and happy, ideally a professional who doesn’t work from home, as the room doesn’t have a desk. I also work at home and find two people makes it too crowded. I’m open to living with a guy or girl – just looking for good vibes and friendly face. This is not party house but I do enjoy going out from time to time.
