1 m sublet, big dbl, close to City/CW/Shoreditch

Shared living room

Hello! My name is Amy 😊 I own my flat and would like to sublet my room out for one month while I’m travelling. My spare soon is currently occupied by a lovely 24 year old guy so he’d be your flatmate while I’m away. Dates I’m away are leaving on 8th Feb and back 11th march.

The flat is in Bow - near to Victoria Park (great food market!) and the Olympic Park, close to Bow Road tube and Bow Church DLR. Only 20 minutes to Canary Wharf, the City and Shoreditch. The room is a double, south facing so lots of light, fully furnished (including ottoman bed, so lots of storage). I have recently redone the bathroom so that's all lovely and new, and I've also recently replaced all the carpets in the flat.

There is an open plan living room (big TV, great sofa) and kitchen (new hob and oven, fridge/freezer and fully equipped), which is also south facing. It's also currently also my office so there is plenty of room for WFH requirements. I have so many books you could call it a library, as well as cupboards full of board games. There is a communal roof terrace/courtyard on my floor that I use when it's warm and sunny for yoga and sunbathing (big sun trap!).

The room is a big double with a big wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s south facing so it’s nice and light.

Rent would be £1100Inc bills per month for the sublet.
