I own this beautiful home and I'm genuinely house-proud of it. A bright, modern double room is becoming available for a month, as I'll be away for the whole of October.

This is a home that's properly cared for — always spotless, organised and welcoming. Cleanliness, respect for shared spaces and a positive atmosphere really matter to us, so we're looking for someone who shares those values and will treat the place as their own.

Who You'll Be Living With You'll be sharing with Megan and Lucy — both friendly, sociable, relaxed young professionals. Megan's a graphic designer and Lucy's an engineer. We enjoy a warm, welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable, but we also respect each other's space. We're looking for someone clean, considerate, sociable and respectful — someone who'll fit naturally into a genuinely lovely, well-looked-after household.

*0.6 miles to Bow Road Station (District line)
*0.4 miles to Devons Road DLR
*7 minutes by DLR to Canary Wharf
*One stop to Stratford, two stops to Liverpool Street
*Excellent bus routes nearby, including Stansted Airport services
Santander Cycles (Boris Bikes) available on the neighbouring road

Local Area Shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and parks all within walking distance, with easy access to Shoreditch, Dalston, London Fields, Stratford and more.

Bills are shared between occupiers.
