Hi I’m Tia and my current flatmate is moving out. We’re still divvying up the shared space furniture, but most will be staying in the flat. I enjoy baking so the flat always smells great, a good coffee and sweet treat. I currently work a lot so looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful. I appreciate little catch ups or the occasional movie night, but also love my own space and a peaceful home environment.

Rent is £900 including water bills
With other bills the monthly total is around £1100 a month (roughly)
There may be some flexibility in moving date ideally between March 20th and April 7th
