The area is well serviced and only a 3 minute walk to Bow Station, or a 4 minute walk to the DLR. Walking distance to Mile End, Victoria Park and lots of cute pubs.

🏡 The House
The house has four floors, 2 x toilets / showers. There’s a large garden, fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher) with an open plan living/dining room. We also have a separate laundry room and a tumble dryer.

Our landlord is a true legend, so if there’s anything that ever needs fixing he gets straight on it.

This is a friendly, relaxed, social house-share. We’re looking for people of similar ages, who are clean and tidy. We strike a great balance of hanging out in the communal areas, while also respecting each other’s alone time. We love going out to the pub together, and a weekly cinema trip. The garden is also a great spot for summer BBQs!

You will be living with:

Will - 27 from Scotland. Works at a music venue and primarily works nights but also throughout the day! Loves making music, going to gigs, nights out. Also enjoy my football!

Zoë - 33 from Cork, Ireland. Works at a small cinema and as a freelance cinematographer. Loves movies, meditation/yoga, gardening, painting.

Amy - 30 from London. Works as an account manager for a board game company. Loves all things music and going to gigs, big London walks, pubs, cups of tea and lots of laughs.

Ciara - 35 from Dublin, Ireland. Associate Producer on an Apple TV show. Obsessed with all things film, TV, yoga, gym, game nights, books.
