It's going to be let furnished and will be available from 23rd April 2026 but we can be flexible with the moving date for the right person.
The house has a comfy living room, a kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower), and a lovely sunny garden with a lawn & patio.
You’d be living with Cassie, a designer in the food world; Leila, who works in film & TV; Emma, who works in Events & Dev, who’s an architect. We are a friendly, fun bunch who have our own social lives but often enjoy spending time together eating, drinking and watching trash TV!
*Rent and all bills together is £795* which is paid to our lead tenant on the 7th every month. This is a bargain for the location where the usual rents are at least a hundred pounds more!
