It's going to be let furnished and will be available from 8th August 2026 but we can be flexible for the right person (this is one of two rooms that will be available in our house soon).
The house has a comfy living room, a kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower), and a lovely sunny garden with a lawn & patio. There’s also a desk & office chair in the living room which is perfect for working from home if that’s your sitch!
You’d be living with Cassie, a designer in the food world; Leila, who works in film & TV; Grace, who is a graphic designer; and Dev who’s an architect. We are a friendly, fun bunch who have our own social lives but often enjoy spending time together eating, drinking and watching trash TV!
*Rent and all bills together is £795* which is paid to our lead tenant on the 7th every month. This is a bargain for the location where the usual rents are at least a hundred pounds more!
