Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to replace my current lodger (and close friend), who is moving out at the end of July.

The current move-in date is 25th July, although this is flexible if needed.

About Me:
I’m a 26-year-old working professional based in the City, and work in the office Monday to Thursday. I usually head to the gym after work, so I’m out and about most weekdays. I’m into fitness and sports, and on weekends I enjoy a good mix of social plans — brunches, park walks, dinners, bars and nights out. I also love travelling when I can and am currently in my summer festival era. I’m also gay, so it’s important to me that the flat is an LGBT-friendly space.
