Looking for 2 new housemates for Mile End Property

Two rooms available in a 4-bed house on Strahan Road, in Mile End.

Two housemates are moving out in July, though there may be some flexibility for an earlier move-in date (TBD). Myself and one other housemate will be staying on, and we’re looking for two friendly, sociable people to join us and help make it a relaxed and easygoing home.

We’re both young professionals working hybrid, and the house suits a similar setup. We’re pretty laid back and enjoy a good mix of social time and downtime - football, pub trips, watching films, and hanging out in the house. We also like having friends over now and then for drinks or food, but it’s not a party house and definitely a chilled, respectful home.

The property has a shared living space and kitchen, and the communal areas are fully furnished, making it easy to move straight in. One bathroom and one WC.

Rent & bills:
Rent is £4,000 total for the property, split across tenants (split varies slightly by room). Bills are not included in the rent and are split evenly between housemates. Full breakdown of bills can be provided on request.

Deposits:
A holding deposit of £230.75 is required to secure the room and will go toward the tenancy payments.

Security (dilapidations) deposit: £1,153.75 per tenant.
