Room to rent in the beautiful Bow Quarter🫶🏻

Hello! My room in a 2 bed flat in the beautiful Bow Quarter development is up for grabs from late June (possibly slightly beforehand).

The development is an old matchstick factory that has been converted into flats with beautiful communal gardens, a morrisons local on site and a leisure centre (with a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym!!).

You would be living with Evie (27) who is an Ecologist working in the office 9-5. We’ve lived together for the last 3 years and she is a dream to live with.

The flat is about a 5 minute walk from Bow Church DLR and 10 minutes from Bow Road underground station. There’s also really good bus links in the area so it’s super easy to get into Hackney Wick for drinks and the city.

The rent is £1,150 with bills coming to roughly £125 a month. The deposit for the flat is £1,326.92.

The room comes furnished however some furniture in the room is mine. The bed and mattress come with the flat and the rest is my own furniture, which I’d be happy to discuss leaving behind.
