SUB-LET: lovely en-suite room in heart of Bow ❤️

I'm looking for someone to sublet my lovely room in our gorgeous 3-floor house in Bow for 2 months, from 18th June to 18th August.

The location honestly couldn't be better — we're right by the vibrant Roman Road, packed with independent cafés, pubs, and local shops. There's a huge Tesco just 4 minutes away, Anytime Fitness is a 3-minute walk (or PureGym around 15 minutes away), making everyday life super convenient. You're also only a 20-minute walk from Victoria Park (the best park in London, in my opinion!) and 25 minutes from Hackney Wick, one of East London's most exciting spots for food, drinks, and nightlife.

The house itself is a real gem, with a huge living room, conservatory, and a tidy garden complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and shed storage. We also have a shared office space, perfect if you work from home. Council Tax is included in the rent, with other bills shared separately.

You'd be living with 3 lovely girls, all working professionals. I've lived with them for years — two are university friends, and the third originally joined via SpareRoom before becoming one of our closest friends! The atmosphere in the house is friendly, relaxed, and respectful.

We enjoy the occasional glass of wine, catch-up dinner, or chat in the garden, but everyone also values their own space and independence. It's a warm, welcoming home rather than just a house share.

This has been such a special place to live, and I'd love to find someone who'll enjoy spending the summer here as much as I have 💛
