Great room in 2-bed flat in Bow for £1160 midjune

Great room in a 2-bed flat in East London, Bow, for ~£1,160 by mid-end June.

Helloo, we are looking for a girl (mid to late twenties) to replace me in my current flat as I’m sadly moving back home.
This is a lovely 2-bed flat in a residential area next to bow road station (8 min walk) and victoria park (10 min walk). The flat is also close to a Tesco and a couple of lovely pubs. The flat is £1,160 a month + ~£150 on bills (tax, gas, water, wifi inc) tax band D.
You would be living with the existing tenant, Ellen (27).
A bit about Ellen: she loves to socialise outside the house but prefers quieter weekdays at home and wants someone who is respectful and tidy of the space. She loves to exercise and go for a meal and wine out with friends. Ideally you’re a girl in your 20s with a similar lifestyle and with a fixed contract and right to work in the UK.
I’m moving out on the weekend of the 20th-21st of June, but can be a bit flexible on that.
