I have a spacious double room available to rent right away in a bright, friendly flat.

I'm a laid-back, down-to-earth, active guy who loves staying fit—whether it’s sports, swimming, cycling, or long walks. I also enjoy playing golf, eating out at great local restaurants, cooking at home, and exploring the neighborhood.

I’m ideally looking for a professional who works in London—someone who is clean, tidy, and enjoys a bit of balance—popping out for a coffee, enjoying life, but also appreciating a calm, happy home.

The flat has just been completely redecorated to a fantastic standard. The room comes with a brand-new double bed and mattress, Wi-Fi, and all bills included. I’ve set a low deposit since I was previously operating as an Airbnb host, but I’m now looking to travel—short trips to Spain, Italy, and France. Airbnb was demanding too much time, so I need a trustworthy flatmate who can help keep things in order if I’m away—just taking care of the simple day-to-day things.

The community here is fantastic—quiet street, brilliant neighbors, and a vibrant, mixed community, especially in the summer—it’s a lot of fun!
