Hi, I’m leaving my lovely groundfloor flat in Bow (2 mins from Bow Church station & 6 mins from Bow Road station) as I am purchasing a property. My housemate is my friend of 10 years, who is very considerate and quiet. Looking for someone to replace me in the flat who is kind, clean and considerate.
The room is a very large double room. Rent is 1,075 a month and bills vary but are normally around £160 a month each including council tax. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared but the flat is a good size. The room will be available from the 14th July.
