Double Room in a cosy flat

Hello.
I am looking to sublet a double bedroom in a flat. The room comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, small desk, sofa and a shelf. It has beautiful afternoon sunshine. There is a shared bathroom with a shower/bath, a mini laundry and a larger kitchen with a dining table for 4. There is no living room or a TV. The building is just above a bus stop, but bedrooms are facing the garden. Victoria park is 3min walk and Mile End tube is around 20 min walk.

Bills excluded - approx. £150 on top

I am 39y. o. working in creative field in Shoreditch. I do cycle and keep my bike in my bedroom.
I would like a nice fun housemate. Vegetarians preferred but not a condition.

Timing - I can be flexible - short term let and weekdays lets will be considered !
