Room available in East London flat

Hi! We've got a room available from mid-August in our lovely 3-bedroom East London flat 🌻

You'd be sharing with myself and Jenny, aged 26-28, we both work 9-5 and a mix of office / WFH. We like to host dinner parties, movie nights and hang out at the pub.

The flat has an amazing shared garden, perfect for BBQs and chill summer nights. There's one bathroom shared between 3, and so much storage (incl. bike storage!). ☀️

We're looking for a female, 24-31 in full-time work, who wants to be friends and not just flatmates! Although it's a rolling contract, we'd ideally want someone who would like to stay for 12+ months as it's such a great flat in a fab location and we don't want to leave.

The flat is in Bow, East London (zone 2). Very close to Roman Road, which has great cafes, a Saturday market and a lovely bookshop.
- 3 minute walk to Bow Church DLR.
- 8 minute walk to Bow Road Tube, on the District and Hammersmith and City Lines.
- 15 minute walk from Victoria Park 🌳
- Great bus connections all over East London

Here are the important bits:
- Available 16th August
- Rent is £925 / month excl. bills
- Bills approx. £110-130 a month depending on season
- Bedroom comes with the bed and built-in wardrobe only, all other bedroom furniture belongs to the current tenant
