✨ Bright Double Room in LOVELY Bow Flat ✨

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room as I’m moving in with my boyfriend. It’s definitely a bittersweet move as I’ve genuinely loved living here and will really miss both the flat and the area!

The room is a bright, spacious double that gets loads of natural light (one of my favourite things about it!). Fully furnished - bed/wardrobe/drawers and desk & chair (the desk isn’t pictured but will be included).
You’ll have sole use of the main bathroom, as the other bedroom has an en suite.

The flat is a 2 bed in a gated area so feels secure & safe. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space so lovely social space, juliet balcony, dishwasher, washer/dryer and storage cupboards. It’s cosy in the winter and stays lovely and cool in the summer, so heating bills are rarely much of a concern!

The location has honestly been one of my favourite parts of living here. 10 minutes from Bow Road station, 15 minutes from Mile End, and close to Bow Church DLR, with loads of bus connections too.
The lovely Victoria Park 10 minutes walk and so many great independent cafes, coffee spots and pubs along Roman Road & around the area. You’ll love it here!!

You’ll be living with 1 lovely girlie who’s been here for over 2 years. We’re both pretty independent and value our own space, but always make time for a catch up and chats in the living room. The atmosphere in the flat is friendly, relaxed and respectful.
