Double room in modern two bed flat, E3 postcode

Hey!

My flatmate is sadly leaving London in August so their room will be available to rent. It’s a large double room, furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. We’re on the 3rd floor overlooking a courtyard and get plenty of sun in the afternoon.

The flat is a new build, it’s warm, barely need to use the heating in the winter. It’s got a big open plan kitchen living area and a small cupboard storage area. The flat is furnished but only with the basics. A lot of the furniture pictured in the living room is my current flat mate’s.

5 mins walk to Bromley-By-Bow and also 5 mins from Devon’s Road DLR makes getting most places pretty easy!

Rent is £1050pm, bills are roughly £180-200pm depending on usage. The flat also has access to a gym which is included in the rent.

A little about me, I’m a 31 year old data analyst who loves music and cooking. I go into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and am otherwise wfh. I’m out and about a fair bit in the evenings/weekends so you’ll definitely have the place to yourself sometimes! I play tennis and do yoga a couple times a week.
