We are looking for a friendly new housemate to join our home in Bow/Mile End (E3). The house has five bedrooms, and you would be sharing with four current tenants aged 25, 28 and 29.

The house is spread across three floors and includes:

• Spacious kitchen and dining area (2 fridges and 2 freezers)
• Large living room with TV and three sofas
• Private patio/garden area
• Full bathroom plus an additional toilet

🛏️ About the Room (£640/month, bills included)

The room is a comfortable single bedroom and comes fully furnished with:

• Single bed
• Large desk, chair and shelves
• Wardrobe with storage space
• Bright window overlooking a quiet street

👫 About Us

We are an international household consisting of two professionals and two PhD students. We enjoy having a friendly, respectful, tidy and well-organised home where everyone feels comfortable.

While we all have our own lives and independence, we also enjoy occasional chats, meals, and spending time together. We value open communication, cleanliness and mutual respect.

The patio is furnished with a table and chairs which makes it a great place to relax during the summer or gather. The kitchen and living room receive plenty of natural light throughout the day. The house is spacious, peaceful and very well connected to central London.
