I’m moving out, so my lovely room is looking for its next tenant!

The room is bright, spacious, and filled with natural light thanks to its large windows. It overlooks the garden, making it a peaceful spot despite being in a fantastic location. It’s directly opposite Bow Church and just moments from the DLR, with excellent transport links across London.

The room comes with a double bed frame (please note you’ll need your own mattress) and a desk. It’s otherwise unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make the space your own. The sofa shown in the photos isn’t included in the tenancy, but I’d be happy to sell it if you’re interested.

The house is home to a lovely group of young professionals who are close friends. It’s a warm, sociable, and LGBTQ+ friendly household with a creative atmosphere—music, art, design, and all kinds of creative interests are very much part of the vibe. Everyone enjoys a chat and the occasional shared meal or drink, while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.
