Looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to take over the second bedroom in a lovely 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment.
I’ve lived here for nearly a year and absolutely love the flat, but my current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take their room. The tenancy is managed through a letting agent, so the successful applicant will need to go through the usual referencing process.

The flat is modern, spacious and has two bathrooms, so you’ll have your own bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable shared living area, and is in a great location with easy access to shops, transport and local amenities.

A little about me – I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful. I enjoy a mix of socialising and having my own space, so I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe. Ideally, you’d be clean, considerate and happy to help keep the flat feeling like home.
