About the house: The house is located a 10 minute walk from Bow Road station (District & Hammersmith Line) and Bow Church DLR. One stop to Mile End which is Central line so very convenient.

There are also good bus connections (a bus stop 1 min away from the house) around with a 40 minute bus into central. We are a very short walk away from Victoria Park and 30 min walk (or direct bus) from Westfield Stratford. It is a fully furnished 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house.

The Room:

- Large Double with private garden

- 1 double and 1 single wardrobe with drawers as well as a chest of drawers (Extremely good storage)

- Bathroom will be shared with 2 other girls

- The room does not come with a desk but I’m open to selling mine (along with other furniture for cheap)

Rent £880

Bills Approx £80-100 currently (Electric, Council Tax, Water, Insurance)

- Deposit £1058 (plus pro-rated rent for August- £665.43)

- Tenancy change fee £50 (one-off)

- Access to private developments Gym, Pool, pilates classes and sauna

You will be living with 4 lovely girls in their 20s working in finance, law and marketing (one girl tbc as another housemate is moving out) 🥰 Some things they love: Pilates, Climbing, good cocktails deals with a rooftop, matcha, FOOD and many more ❤

Looking for girls in who are sociable and respectful.

No students due to council tax sorry! You will also need to be able to pass referencing checks.
