Hi guys, my name is Liam, my flatmate and I are looking for a young professional to move into our charming 3 bed flat in Bow, as sadly our current housemate is moving out at the end of August!

This flat is 1960s in design, spacious, light and in such a great location, with ample storage! We are a 5 minute walk from Mile End station and from a sainsbury’s local with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The flat has great connections into central london, with Mile End station having the central line, hammersmith and city and district lines, so it’s easy access to Stations like Liverpool street or Bank. A short walk to the lovely parks around the area, as well as being opposite Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park (not as creepy as it sounds) which is a lovely park to walk around.

We are both professionals who have flexible working hours, the room can come with a desk if needed for hybrid workers!

Lastly, we are looking for someone who will enjoy going to local pubs or bars (e. g. viccy park, hackney, bow and dalston) as well as having movie nights/ games nights in!

The room itself comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. Plenty of extra storage space on the landing where there are large cupboards. There is a family bathroom and two toilets in this property, one upstairs and one downstairs. A large living area with a dining room table and a large kitchen with ample storage and worktop space.
