I'm moving out to live with a friend, so my incredibly spacious room is becoming available from **5th September** (with some flexibility for the right person). I've genuinely loved living here, and I'm hoping to find someone who'll enjoy it just as much.

## The Room

This is **far bigger than your average London bedroom**. The amount of floor space is honestly hard to find, with plenty of room to work from home, relax, exercise or simply enjoy having space!

The room comes fully furnished with:

There's an incredible amount of storage, and despite all the furniture, the room still feels wonderfully open and spacious.

One of my favourite things about living here is that the room is on the **top floor**, giving it a real sense of privacy. You'll only share your floor with one fantastic bathroom, which has **two separate showers and a full-sized bath**, so waiting for a bathroom is rarely an issue.

For extra peace of mind, every bedroom has its own **keypad lock**, meaning only you can access your room.

## The House

The house is home to **seven working professionals**, and everyone is genuinely friendly, respectful and easy to live with. It's a lovely balance of having your own space while also enjoying the occasional pub trip, BBQ in the garden or catch-up in the kitchen after work.

The house includes:
