Double Ensuite Room in Modern East London Flat 🏡✨

Hey all! 👋 I’m looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to replace my current one in a bright, modern 2-bedroom apartment in East London.

My current flatmate has recently hopped onto the property ladder and bought a place of her own, so her lovely ensuite room will soon become available. It’s a great opportunity to join a comfortable, well-kept home with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The room available is a large double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy and comfort. It gets lots of natural light and is v spacious enough to fit a desk, making it ideal if you work from home or like having a dedicated workspace.

The flat itself has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, with plenty of natural light and a clean, cosy, homely feel. The main bathroom is my private bathroom, so you’ll have your own bathroom space through the ensuite.

👩‍💻 A lil' bit about me:

I’m 31 and work in social media/content creation. I’m neurodivergent and on the spectrum (adhd + autism, oh yes the duo!), so I really value having a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m easy-going, tidy, considerate, and enjoy a quieter lifestyle.

Outside of work, I enjoy gaming (Valorant, iykyk), discovering new cafés, creating content, travelling, and having cosy nights in. I don’t tend to socialise much at home and rarely have guests over, so I’m looking for someone who’s happy with a peaceful, low-key household.

This is not a party flat. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a clean, relaxed, and considerate home where we can both feel comfortable being ourselves.

I really value open communication, respecting each other’s routines, and making shared spaces feel welcoming. We don’t have to be best friends or spend lots of time together, but it would be lovely to have a friendly relationship - a chat after work, the occasional shared meal or wine, while also respecting each other’s space.

• If you're neurodivergent too, that's a bonus, but it's absolutely not a requirement.
• Cat-friendly. I absolutely LOVE cats and have a cat back home and potentially looking to foster 🐱 so if you have a cat that’s a huge bonus! Unfortunately, I’m allergic to dogs, so I wouldn’t be able to live with one.

• Understanding and respectful of different lifestyles and personalities
