The house is in a lovely residential area with superb transport links, and all the conveniences you need are just a stone's throw away.

No bed frame or mattress is included

The house has:
- 2 bathrooms
- A garden
- A spacious kitchen with a dishwasher

Bills:
- Council Tax (Band D) – £38.50
- Wi-Fi – £7.75
- Gas & Electricity (pay as you go):
Summer average – around £20 per month
Winter average – around £40 per month

We also split the cost of other household essentials each month.

- No parking, but paying for a permit is an option

- Bromley-by-Bow (District & Hammersmith & City lines) – 8 minutes

⭐️A Bit About Us⭐️

We're a close-knit house of friends: 2 boys (28 and 31) and 1 girl (24). We're all professional creatives; two of us are designers, and one works across film, photography and production. We're pretty laid-back but take pride in keeping the house clean, tidy and a nice place to live.
