Double en suite room in friendly house, Bow

Our lovely housemate, Amy, is sadly leaving us to go back to Australia, so we're looking for another sociable housemate to join us!

Room - Bright, spacious, double attic room with en suite bathroom. Furnished with double bed, and ample storage. Skylight view on to street and full window on to garden. Desk/chair likely not included, but shown for scale.

House - Downstairs is a very large open plan shared space, including large kitchen space, with folding doors opening out onto the decent-sized garden. Fully equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances (washing machine, separate dryer, oven, gas hob, large fridge and freezer), and an island with high stools. Across the ground and first floor, there are two shared bathrooms, both with showers, the upstairs one with a bath. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor ("bedroom 4" on the floorplan is an office space for one of the two rooms).

Us - James, 28 (civil servant) and Bill, 30 (business sustainability). Friendly, clean, etc etc! Both in the office most of the week and usually up to something on weekends but also hang out as a house often / with each others' friends. James keen on the outside garden (drought not helping) and Bill a wizard with the indoor plants. James big on gigs, Bill big on football.

Location - Very chill area. About 10 mins walk Bow Road (7 if you're speedy) 5 mins to Bow Church DLR. Victoria Park / Mile End / Stratford / Hackney Wick all pretty close. Very nearby to several pubs/cafes, a big Tesco, and a nice park just round the corner for a lunch time stroll.
