We're two friendly university students looking for two other students to join our lovely flat in Bow (E3).

We're looking for people who are clean, respectful, and easy-going. We enjoy having a little chat when we're all home but also respect everyone's space. We really take pride in keeping our flat clean, cosy, and welcoming.

The Rooms
Both rooms are fully furnished and include:

* Double bed & mattress
* Wardrobe
* Desk
* Chair

💷 Rent: £750 per calendar month
💷 Deposit: £865 (payable once the referencing process has been completed)

Bills are around £30–£40 per person per month, so the flat is very affordable to run.

The Flat

The flat has everything you need, including:

* Fully equipped kitchen
* Gas hob
* Air fryer
* Washing machine
* Modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower
* Separate toilet (ideal when everyone's getting ready!)

We also have a simple cleaning rota so everyone does their bit to keep the flat looking its best.
