I have a lovely double room available to rent in a terraced house in Bow, E3, from 14 September.

The house is located on a quiet, leafy street close to Bow Church DLR (10 minutes to Canary Wharf), Bow Road Underground station (20 min to Holborn), and within easy reach of Victoria Park and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

I can do a viewing in person or online (video) on 14, 15, 16 or 19 August

The room is a good-sized double and comes with large wardrobes. There is also a small garden at the back, which is perfect for sitting outside.

You would have shared access to the living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. I stay in the house from time to time and use my own room, but I am often away for long periods for work and family reasons.

Rent is for the room only, with an extra expected contribution towards bills, including council tax.

We may also be able to accommodate a couple for a higher rent of £2,300 per month.
