Private bathroom (toilet & basin) and large balcony, plus shared access to main bathroom and well-equipped kitchen/diner downstairs;
Oven, hob, air fryer, microwave, blender, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
No clothes drier but large airer supplied.

Entry on the 3rd floor (lift available). Flat split across 2 floors (stairs only).

You'll be living with Lucius (retired) and his daughter Shernelle (adult - PT). They're super welcoming and will make sure you soon feel at home.

2min walk from Tesco express, a gym, plenty of pubs and independent shops/cafes on Roman Road.

15 min walk to Bow Road Station (Hammersmith & City and District Lines)
15 min walk to Bow Church (DLR)
20 min walk to Mile End station (Central, District, Hammersmith & City lines)
Plenty of buses stop in the area, including the 8 to Tottenham Court Road.
