We have a room coming available in our flat in Bow, where you'd be living with me (Eve), Joey, Mags and Jesse.

We're all very clean, tidy, and respectful of each other, mostly going about doing our own things, but we get along very well as flatmates. We have a shared living room and a spacious kitchen, with a weekly rota to keep communal spaces clean.

Rent is £750 per month, all bills included.

The bedroom comes furnished with the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookcase. The other furniture was bought by the current tenant but needs to be sold, so can be left behind for a price.

We’re about a 5-minute walk to Bow Road Station (District/Hammersmith), 10 minutes to Mile End (Central), and 5 minutes to Bow Church (DLR). Stratford is close too; around 20 minutes by bus or a 35-minute walk. We’re less than 10 minutes from Tesco, about 30 minutes walk from Lidl, and a 15-minute walk to Victoria Park. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe.
