Rooms available in Victoria Park in social flat

I am looking for two working women aged 25-35 to replace my beloved flatmates Aimee and Tessa at the end of september.

There are two rooms available, a smaller one £760 + bills and a bigger one £880 + bills. Bills coming around £115. The rooms are mostly unfurnished.

the flat
The flat is on the 4th floor of a 20 storey block. It’s a three bedroom flat (2 smaller rooms, and a bigger room) a spacious living room with a balcony and a decent sized kitchen (all pictured). And separate toilet and a bathroom.

location
It is located in E3, minutes away from Victoria Park.
Closest stations are Mile End (15min walk) and Bethnal Green (20min walk). Bus stops for the 8, 277, 339 and 276 are all accessible within a 10 min walk .

about myself
I’m 28. I like being outside doing about anything, laying in the park, cycling, skateboarding, gardening. Also love going to bars, pubs, restaurants, and the club on rare occasions.
I’m a hospitality professional and work unsociable hours (evenings/weekends) so it would definitely be a plus to have flatmates with similar work situation.

flat vibes + who i'm looking for
I’ve lived in the flat for 5 years and I consider it a home and would love to find people to make it their home as well.
I'm looking to find two separate girls (not friends looking to live together) to make the dynamic balanced in the flat.
Ideally someone who is clean but fairly easy going (we do have a weekly cleaning rota) the flat deffo has a lived in vibe to it. (sorry no minimalists lol)
I absolutely want to be friends with the people I live with so being social (with boundaries aha) is a must.
