Lovely Cosy Room in Heart of Bow ❤️

I'm looking for someone to replace me in our gorgeous 3-floor, 4 bed house in Bow from the 18th October 2026.

The location honestly couldn't be better - we're in a quiet close right by Roman Road, packed with independent cafés, pubs, and cute shops. There's a really decent Tesco just 3 minutes away, next to an Anytime Fitness (or PureGym around 15 minutes away), making everyday life super convenient. You're also only a 20-minute walk from Victoria Park (the best park in London, in my opinion!) and 25 minutes from Hackney Wick.

The house itself is a real gem, with a spacious living room, conservatory, and a huge garden complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and shed storage. We also have a shared office space, perfect if you work from home. Council Tax is included in the rent, with other bills (roughly £85 per month) shared separately, including our bi-weekly cleaner.

🏠The house:
You'd be living with 3 lovely girls, Georgie (28), Charlotte (27), and Meg (28), all working professionals. I have lived with these gorgeous gals for years after initially subletting through SpareRoom, and we’ve been besties since! The vibes in the house are friendly, relaxed, respectful (and clean!).

We love to catch up over a lil glass of wine, house dinner/BBQ, and the occasional night out 💃 🪩. However, everyone also values their own space and independence. It's a warm, welcoming home with friends rather than just a house share✨

This has been such a special place to live, and I'd love to find someone who'll enjoy this home much as I have 💛 I’m only moving out as I am moving in with my long term partner!
