I am a live out landlord, looking for a lodger to rent my 1-Bed Flat in East London.

The flat is 1 minute walk away from Victoria Park, the canals and even closer to Roman Road which is full of cafes and restaurants.

It's in Zone 2, 15 minute walk from Mile End underground.

The building itself is situated at the end of a quiet street, contains six separate flats, this flat is at the top. There is also a shared garden and a place to store bikes.

It's very quiet, peaceful and the neighbours are all friendly working professionals and families.

All bills will be included, the flat is furnished.

It is my home, so I am looking for someone respectful, quiet and ideally working professionals.
Happy to consider couples too.

Looking for someone to rent for ideally three months (Beginning of October - Beginning of January) but with potential to extend for a few more months.
