Flat for rent in Bow

Hi! We’re looking for someone to replace our third flatmate in our flat near Devon’s Road.

The flat is in a really well-connected area, just a 2-minute walk from Devon’s Road DLR, with easy connections to Stratford and Canary Wharf, where you can change onto loads of Tube lines. Mile End station is also around a 15-minute walk away, with Central, District, Hammersmith & City and Elizabeth line connections nearby. There’s also a nice local pub, The Angel of Bow, just around the corner.

Bills are separate and split equally, currently coming to around £120 per month.

We’re looking for someone who’s sociable, friendly and open-minded, but it’s not a party flat. Between us we like having a chinwag in the kitchen, going for a pint, watching films and keeping fit, but we also like the flat to be chilled and quiet, particularly on weekday evenings. Interests in things like gym, films, nature, beer etc. would definitely fit in well!

About us:

Monty, 23 – I work in finance and I’m gay, so would be great to live with someone open/ similar-minded. I’m really into keeping active and do a lot of gym, running and cycling. It would be great to have a flatmate who fancies doing some sporty things together. I also enjoy the occasional night out and a good boogie. Love watching shitty realty tv like real housewives and good films/cinema trips.
