Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely room in Bow, East London. £750/month - approximately £100 below the market rate for the area! Bills are not included, they are approximately £150 a month,

The flat includes a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, living room with a balcony, and kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer. The flat is on the top floor of a block so the views from the windows are stunning, bedroom is south east facing so the sunrises are breathtaking.

Located 5 minutes from Bow Church DLR station, 10 minutes from Bow Road and Bromley-by-Bow underground stations, plus many bus routes. Super close to Stratford, Mile End, Poplar which offer further transport options, plus a short walk/bus ride to Roman Road and the gorgeous Victoria Park. Lots of supermarkets close by including a big Tesco and a 24 hour Asda, plus lots of cafes, pubs etc.

I’m so sad to be leaving, however, I started an apprenticeship to further my career and I can no longer afford the room with an apprenticeship wage so will be moving to somewhere cheaper or back with family.

You will be moving in with two female flatmates (late 20s to early 30s), female tenants preferred but male tenants may be considered, as long as you’re clean, respectful and pass the standard checks!
