The flat is in a really nice, quiet location and is a great little escape from the busier parts of London. It’s a gated block of flats, with a car parking space, and a balcony overlooking Victoria Park and the canal. There are also plenty of cafés, pubs and shops nearby, with Hackney Wick overground and Bow Road underground all within easy reach.

The room itself is a really good size and gets plenty of natural light. The flat has a spacious living room with a balcony, a separate kitchen and a generally really homely feel. There’s also lots of greenery around the flat, which makes it feel surprisingly peaceful for London.

I’ll be really sad to leave this flat, I’ve lived here for just over two years and it’s really felt like home. I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so I’m hoping to find someone who will love living here as much as I have!

My flatmate is also planning to move out at the end of November with his friends, so depending on what you’re looking for, there may be scope to make the flat a little more your own after that point!

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful and generally easy-going, and ideally another young professional who enjoys having a nice, relaxed home.
