- Sublet our flat until early/mid Jan (would come furnished)

- Take over our lease long-term from December 1st (would come unfurnished, although we may have some household items/furniture to sell separately at a reasonable price if interested)

We’ve really loved living here, but are moving out of London and are looking for someone who would like to make the flat their home.
