You'd be sharing with Kate and Zach who are both late 20s. Its a super chilled house, we socialise but also everyone just respects eachother too. Fab fab fab housemates, so lucky to have lived with them the past 2ish yrs. We all met on spareroom/gals who rent. Kate is a Hotel manager and Zach is Events manager. Both work out the house through the week. Queer-friendly home 🙏

Looking for someone who's friendly, chill, clean and social - all the normal mishmash.

Little front garden and courtyard back out from the living room - proper sun trap.

Also, dealing with the landlord direct which is a blessing. Gets things fixed and sorted straight away! Would just need to get a name change on the tenancy once all the normal reference checks etc are complete. Wanna move speedy on this part to get it all locked in!
