We are offering a double room on historic Roman Road very close to Victoria Park. The room has a brand new bed, desk, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, and plenty of storage space.

We're two young professionals (32F, 30M) who own the flat and we're looking for another young professional to move into the spare room. We're sociable and like going to gigs, dancing and board games. One of us goes into the office every day and the other works from home.

The flat has a spacious living room and a large roof terrace that gets the sun all afternoon. Access to the roof terrace is via our bedroom, so it will only be accessible when we're not sleeping! The flat is in a gated area and there is only one other inhabitant in the building so it's very secure.

The flat is conveniently located on Roman Road, with lots of cafés, pubs and shops nearby including a Tesco within a minute's walk. Victoria Park is a couple of minutes away and the popping bars of Hackney Wick are a short walk down the canal.

The transport links are also good, with Mile End station (central, district, Hammersmith and city lines) and Bow Church (DLR) both a 15 minute walk away. It only takes 25 mins to get into the city on public transport or 15 mins by bike.
