Our lovely flatmate is moving out of London and we are looking for someone to take over her tenancy ASAP!
You will be living with 3 students in their early twenties studying at QMUL, who all also work in hospitality.
The house is just off the Roman Road, 3 minute walk to Victoria Park and close to good bus links/ 15 minute walk to Mile End station (Central/ District line).
The room is a double and comes with a wardrobe and a desk. The house has a shared kitchen/ living room, private garden and 1 & a half baths.
Rent is £786 excluding bills (usually around £55-60 a month).
We are looking for a flatmate who is in a similar life stage to us. Clean, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. We are sociable people but our house is not a party house and we prioritise calm and quiet.
