Double room with a view in Bow flat.

We are a gay couple (aged 41 and 53) offering a room for a lodger in Bow, from after Easter.

We're quiet and generally keep to ourselves. We work from home so it's definitely not what you'd call a party pad - just a Saturday night every couple of months with our close friends, cocktails and movies!

The room is bright, and has a double bed, an Android TV, and a table and chair. The flat has wifi, a dishwasher, electric heating for when it's cold, and a 50ft terrace for when it's warm.
The room would suit a mature, non-smoking, self-reliant, office-based professional, maybe working in Canary Wharf (30 minutes to your desk) or the City (via District/Central). London City Airport is half an hour away, and the Eurostar at St. Pancras is less than 45 minutes.

5 minutes to Bow Church (DLR); 10 minutes to Bow Road (District/H&C); bus routes 8 and 25 stop within a few minutes' walk. Convenient for Tesco at Roman Road or at Bromley-by-Bow (488 bus), Westfield Stratford (276 or 339 bus).

Bills included. One month's rent plus deposit in advance. Notice period of one month.
