Beautiful house by Tredegar Square, Bow in a quiet gated mews yet only 2 minutes walk to Mile End tube. 2 stops from Liverpool St station, 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. There are 8 houses adjoining.

Newly built with a small designer garden. The house has 2 generous size bedrooms with high quality king-size beds and triple door wardrobes. Also vaulted ceilings. They have floor-to-ceiling windows with translucent blinds and black-out curtains. There is also a spacious downstairs WC room with airing cupboard.

The kitchen is open plan with a dining area. The sitting room area faces double French windows looking onto the south-facing garden. There is plenty of storage.

Tredegar Square is cited by agents the best address in East London. 4 of the houses' facias echoes the old Victorian warehouse and is built using its bricks with one wall still standing, now a garden wall. But the interiors are spacious and modern with vaulted ceilings.

The kitchen has granite tops, gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and double sink with pull-out hose.

There are moss-topped bike sheds for bikes etc.

The housemate: I'm Emanuele 26, from Italy, and enjoy the Mews a lot. I recently left my job as a Consultant for a big corporate to build my own business and work in content creation and sports, which is why I very much value the home environment. 
I am responsible & agreeable, maintain a good level of cleanliness, and respectful of others. I am pretty social and fond of the occasional night out, although I am always very quite around the house and respect the personal space and times of others (I usually don't drink much due to my work). In my free time, I play volleyball, go to the gym, watch movies, meet with friends and at times visit new places in London.

There is a Tesco and Co-op a two minute walk away and Westfield at Stratford, largest shopping mall in Europe, is one tube stop away. Bow has good restaurants and there are several parks including huge Victoria Park and several markets.
