We are Patrizia (37) and Rita (36), two friendly working professionals, looking for a calm, clean, and respectful third flatmate to join our peaceful home.

The bright double room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, and a table and chair, ideal for working from home. The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom. Please note there is no separate living room, so it’s important you’re comfortable relaxing in your own space and maintaining a quiet environment.

This is a tidy, relaxed flat, not a party household. We’re looking for someone who works, is responsible, respectful, and clean, and who values a calm, drama-free home.

Rent is £890 pcm. Available from 29th June. References and proof of affordability required. The landlord (who does not live in the flat) manages the tenancy.
