• Victor: A friendly and respectful professional who lives in the flat permanently. Victor speaks English, Spanish, Japanese, and French. He loves cats, vegan cooking, and exploring the city.
• Vladimir: Visits occasionally from Edinburgh, where he works as a scientist. Vladimir speaks English and Russian,
• Ari and Niko: a young couple, a student of architecture and a software developer
• Tommy and Luna, our lovely cats
Household Vibe:
• This is a calm and welcoming space where we value mutual respect and harmony.
Rent & Terms:
• £700 per month, all bills included.
• £700 deposit.
• Available from August 30, 2026.
• Minimum stay: 6 months.
