Double Room in Bow

We have a room going in our 3 bed flat just off Bow Road as sadly our flatmate is moving back home.

Our flat is located a 3 minute walk to Bow Church for the DLR and about a 10 minute walk from Bow Church Station (Zone 2 - District and H&C line). We are close to lots of pubs and only a 20 minute walk to Victoria park!! You can also get to Hackney Wick and Stratford in 15 minutes on the bus.

The flat is on the first floor and we have a lift. The room is bright and sunny and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - it’s the biggest room in the flat!

The room is £834pcm and bills come to about £90 in winter but cheaper in summer (council tax is band B) The deposit is held under a DPS.

We are two girls in full-time employment: Lian (25) works in the Civil Service (mainly WFH), and Jemima (25) works as a stylist in Shoreditch. We love cooking and having chill movie days/nights at home, but also love a pub trip and going for walks around Victoria Park!

We’re looking for a new female flatmate who’s a similar age to us (25) and will fit into our sociable household. We want someone who will join in with us but also does have their own social thing going on!

We are doing viewings this week to find someone to move in Oct 1st!
