Quiet double room in Bow Road/Bow Church

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to occupy the second double room in my 2 bed, 1 bath flat located right next to Bow Church and Bow Road station. The flat is fully furnished with a shared living room, large kitchen and a nice spacious walk in shower. Bills are separate and come to about £100-150 a month or less.

The area is quiet and the flat has an idyllic half balcony which looks onto a very green garden for a bit of peace. It has excellent transports links. All stations are a short walk from the flat and take you to central London in under 30 minutes. There’s an Asda across the street and a Tesco express a short walk as well as several stores nearby. The big Tesco is a short bike ride from the flat.

I am very social and occasionally have friends over, but enjoy peace and quiet when at home and looking for someone with a similar balance. Also looking for someone who is clean, compromising. and mutually respectful of sharing a space with someone else. I’m generally quite relaxed but enjoy a clean home. In terms of interests, I’m lawyer and sci fi writer. I also love music and attend quite a lot of gigs and festivals but also love a quiet night in with a film, tv show or a book.
