Double Room in Bow

I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in Bow as I'm moving abroad! It's a great opportunity to find a comfortable room in a quiet, friendly house and in a really well-connected area of East London.

🛏️ The Room

Fully furnished double room on the upper floor of the house.

Very quiet and peaceful, with lovely views overlooking the back garden.

The room comes with all the furniture shown in the pictures.

There's also a small entrance area just outside the room, where I've placed a clothes rail for coats and where you can store suitcases or extra belongings (see pictures).

The house is shared with 5 other rooms and has:

3 bathrooms, all with showers and toilets, so there's never really an issue sharing facilities.

A large, fully equipped kitchen.

Two fridges, so plenty of space for everyone's food.

Overall, it's a really chilled and peaceful house, perfect if you're looking for a relaxed place to call home.

The house is in a great location in Bow, with excellent transport links:

Bow Road Station (District & Hammersmith & City lines): around a 5-minute walk.

Bow Church DLR: also within walking distance.

Plenty of bus routes nearby.

Really well connected, making it easy to get around London!

Monthly rent: £670

Bills: £38.60 per month

Total: £708.60 per month

Deposit: £500

Honestly, it's a great deal for London, especially considering the location and the house!

Furniture: The room originally only came with the bed, so I've bought all the other furniture myself. As I'm moving abroad, I'd ideally like to sell all the additional furniture for £200. This includes everything shown in the pictures.

📅 Availability

The room is available from 11th December.

You can move in at a later date if needed, but rent would need to be covered from 11th December.
