The flat will be fully furnished as I'm moving from a nearby flat.

A 2 Double bedroom flat, with each room on opposite sides of the flat, It will be furnished.
The flat is currently undergoing renovations, including painting and floor refinishing hence there is no furniture on the photos.

NOTE:
The successful applicant will be in suitable permanent employment and will be subject to acceptable references an checks.
A bed will be provided, Bills not included. Must have indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
