THE FLAT

The flat is very close to Bow Road tube station (1 min walk away).

It's a 2 bed flat with a separate kitchen and lounge. There is one shared bathroom with a walk in shower.

The flat is fully furnished, including the room for rent. Please see pics for details. The room includes a small double bed with ottoman storage, mattress, desk/chair, wardrobe, shelves.

It is on the fourth floor and there is no lift unfortunately!

Bills included.

CURRENT FLATMATE

I've lived here since December 2022. I am the leaseholder and am looking to rent my spare room so the contract will be a lodger agreement.

I am 35, female, work mon-fri, from home a couple of days a week. I like going out for dinner/drinks, reading, crafty stuff. It's not a party flat but I do occasionally have people round for dinner/drinks.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

I am looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy and respectful.

I am vegetarian, not a problem if you aren't though. No couples.

I can be flexible with the contract length so when messaging me please let me know what you are looking for. Short term agreements preferred.
